Yes, but where is the Exhibit Hall?  What is the address?  I would like to know this before booking a hotel.  Not a word about this in any of the literature.

The Exhibit Hall is within the Palexpo complex.  If you take a look at the map on the "finding a hotel" tab, you will find the location of all the hotels and their location in relation to the Palexpo.  There is free public transportation within reasonable distance to most hotels, you just have to request a travel pass when checking at your chosen hotel.

I am concerned aboout the tours. I am interesyed in the Europen Tour after the conference but the brochure states that the tour could be cancelled if there are less than 40 persons. Is there not a deadline for booking? Although I would like to book a tour for me and my family after the conference it is kind of scary because if the tour is cancelled then you will be stuck for six days in Geneva before you can leave as you would have booked your tickets in advance. What do you do then and who will be responsible for the hotel bill if the tour is cancelled?

This uncertainty will certainly make people uncomffortable.

Can Kiwanis adverise a deadlinfe for the tours so that one can know before hand if the tours will take place?

Very Concerned

Ms. Lewis,

All tours will be offered, none will be cancelled, there is no longer a minimum per tour.

Kind regards,

Fabienne April

European Tour

Thanks  Fabienne  for the information that there is no longer a minimum and that no tours will be cancelled.

I now feel comfortable to beat the deadline and book the European Tour for my family.
