This is a want ad Kiwanis CEO Rob Parker shared with attendees at this summer’s International convention in San Antonio to spur discussion on the need for an army of change agents to help the organization expel the status quo. He also posted it recently on his newly created blog - Leadership Matters - to prompt a similar online discussion. The blog is intended to be a forum for dialog among all of Kiwanis’ service leaders. A diverse group of people comprises the organization, all with different backgrounds, experiences, and takes on a variety of Kiwanis-related topics, and Rob wants to hear what they have to say.
