Monthly report now includes tracking of signature club projects

The updated 2008-2009 monthly report is now available in the www.KiwanisOne.org reporting system. New this year, clubs that participate in Read Around the World, Kiwanis One Day, and Young Children Priority One (YCPO) projects can report the events within this monthly report rather than file a separate report. This helps you and Kiwanis track and measure service projects, participation, and helps improve our programs.

Bonus: If you submit Monthly Club Reports through www.KiwanisOne.org all year, you do not have to complete the Annual Club Report. It will be compiled for you in the online system. Revisions (if needed) easily are handled through each individual monthly report online and then corrections automatically flow into the electronic Annual Club Report. Compiled data becomes available in early November.

Log in to www.KiwanisOne.org to complete monthly reports faster than traditional paper versions and maintain access to your comprehensive club data 24/7.

Please note: If you are requesting a banner patch for Read Around the World, Kiwanis One Day, or YCPO, forms for those request will be available soon from each www.KiwanisOne.org program page. Patches will be sent only once per year, on or around October 1.

Last month (April 2011) we had a big event right at the end of the month so my report was late. After sending it in, I was informed that we had just 10 days every month to send these in. Did my report make the deadline? What can I do to make it so my annual report remains automatic as promised? Paralee Norman, Sectretary k14147

Paralee - As long as all of the reports are completed and submitted, the annual report will be compiled for you.

The reports are due on the 10th of each month. Most of the data can be entered prior to the end of the month. This gives people time to gather and fill out the reports and still make the deadline of the 10th.
