Submit the annual report information online by November 15

Clubs are asked to complete the new electronic (online) Annual Club Report on or before November 15, 2008.

***Exception: Clubs that have filed all 12 of their monthly reports online through the www.KiwanisOne.org Web site should not complete the Annual Club Report and have completed their requirements for the 2007-08 year. These clubs will have an opportunity to review a compilation of the submitted data in the first week of November and may modify any of the 2007-08 monthly reports as needed.

Clubs that have not undertaken this monthly reporting are asked to complete an Annual Club Report via the www.KiwanisOne.org Web site. This report is now an online form that allows clubs to report service and administrative activities for the 2007-08 year. Access the Annual Club Report at http://forms.kiwanisone.org/fs-AnnualReport.aspx.
