Searching for a form? To help members find the most used forms quickly, there is a Submit a Form page on www.KiwanisOne.org that provides a list of quick links to the most popular fillable and downloadable forms. You’ll find the New Club Building Kit Request and the New Member Application Form to name a few. The list will be updated about every 30-60 days from user statistics. Some forms that are currently only available as PDFs may be developed into online fillable/online submit forms soon.
Don’t see what you need? There is a quick link to the full downloads library at the top of the list. There you can search by keyword or browse by topics in the left orange sidebar. Clicking on topics or categories at left displays sub-folders to refine your search and speed the process. Individual files display in the center. You can sort by most recent files uploaded, most downloads, and more. Click on the title to bring up a detail page and use the green download button at top right to access the file or save it to your computer.
