Attention KKids and Builders Club sponsors, it is time to renew your club’s 2009-10 membership – and it’s even easier this year!
Having accurate contact information for clubs, faculty advisors and Kiwanis advisors will ensure members and volunteers receive the support and the up-do-date information they deserve.
Advisors will receive monthly newsletters with helpful resources. Members will receive two annual issues of the club magazine – an important reason to receive the correct number of members in your renewal data. Sponsors will receive a program kit containing member cards, certificates, pins and resource CD among other items.
KKids: Renew by clicking the Club Renewal Center button on the www.kkids.org home page (on right).
Builders Club: Renew by clicking Club Renewal Center on the www.buildersclub.org home page (on left).
You will need the following information handy:
• Club key number
• School or club address and phone number
• Faculty advisor name and e-mail
• Kiwanis advisor name, address, phone and e-mail
• Number of members in the club
• Credit card or check to pay the US$150 sponsorship fee
If you are unable to register online using the Club Renewal Center, please submit the US$150 sponsorship fee with the registration form included in the recent mailing to you (postmarked on or around Sept. 7). Please submit one form for each KKids and/or Builders Club – copy the form as necessary for each club. This offline method will delay delivery of the program kit; registering online speeds up kit delivery as receipt of renewal data is immediate.
Thank you for supporting KKids and/or Builders Club programs. If you have questions about your renewal, please contact Member Services at 317-785-8755, ext. 411 (worldwide), 800-KIWANIS, ext. 411 (US and Canada), or via e-mail to memberservices@kiwanis.org.
