The online 2008-09 Annual Club Report will be available October 9. This report allows clubs to report service and administrative activities online (electronically) for the 2008-2009 year. Clubs are asked to complete the report on or before November 15, 2009.
EXCEPTION: Clubs that have filed all 12 of their monthly reports online through the www.KiwanisOne.org Web site should not complete the Annual Club Report and have completed their requirements for the 2008-09 year. The Annual Club Report will be compiled for you from your monthly submissions. Clubs that have been reporting monthly will have an opportunity to review a compilation of the submitted data around October 9 and may modify any of the 2008-09 monthly reports as needed. Changes are easy: go back to your individual Monthly Club Report and make edits. Revisions flow into the Annual Club Report.
Clubs that have not filed monthly reports online all 12 months are asked to complete an Annual Club Report at http://forms.kiwanisone.org/fs-annualclubreport.aspx. No login is required for the Annual Club Report, which Kiwanis International has made available in eight languages: English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Dutch, Chinese, and Japanese. Remember–the Annual Club Report is no longer available in paper/postal mail version.
The 2009-2010 Monthly Club Report will be available November 1.
