It’s that time of year again—time to file the Annual Club Report.
Clubs can report service and administrative activities online for the 2008-09 year. The report is due on or before November 15, 2009. Clubs that have filed all 12 monthly reports online through the www.KiwanisOne.org Web site should not complete the Annual Club Report and have completed their requirements for the 2008-09 year.
Clubs that have not filed 12 monthly reports online are asked to complete an Annual Club Report at http://forms.kiwanisone.org/fs-annualclubreport.aspx.
