Club secretaries who log in to the reporting and club management section on KiwanisOne will be greeted with a new dashboard that displays all the critical club data at a glance. This all-inclusive interface replaces the secretary menu as of November 11, 2009, and groups the resources and administrative functions you need in one handy spot.
Club data is displayed at top with some editing functions. The center sections contain critical announcements, quick links and a list of any Service Leadership Programs your club sponsors. The bottom section offers a way for clubs to submit a question directly to Kiwanis International or your district office and receive an e-mail response.
Brand new: Your club’s Web site address and meeting information now can be edited directly from this dashboard. Updates go live the following Tuesday. Exception: Updates to sponsored SLP clubs are applied to the Kiwanis International database immediately.
