There are many resources available on the member site, www.KiwanisOne.org, including quick links,
info pages, downloads, videos and more. The Forms & Downloads page is a
great starting point if you're looking for the most common downloads and
most-used links, but what if you need help with a function or don't quite
understand how or why to use a tool? Well, there is now a great starting point
for that, too!
A new link in the main navigation on www.KiwanisOne.org-Support-takes
you to a one-stop shop for the most common help requested by members. The
support overview page offers video tutorials, support downloads for self-serve,
and quick links to how-tos and need-to-knows. A sidebar on the right offers a
way to connect to tech support during
business hours and reminds users that the search tool is a fast way to find
anything you've been searching for. (E-mails sent after business hours will
typically get a response the following business day.)
