It's that time of year to let us know the results of your annual club elections. Please take a few minutes if you haven't already and complete the report online. The Club Election Report (or Election Report) is now available within www.KiwanisOne.org's Club Management area. It's a quick and easy way to submit your newly elected officers and submitting online requires zero paperwork.

Club secretaries can log in at www.kiwanisone.org/login and post the results from the elections. There are also spots for the growth and marketing positions.

If you already have submitted your report but have had a change, you can report this in the same place. The same form is also used as the Mid-year Change in Officer Report.

The club election is meant to be done online. The election form is housed in the same place as the monthly reports. Once logged in, there is a menu option on the left that says Club Election/Change in Officers.

If you are having trouble accessing the site, it may be because you are not listed as the club secretary. If that is the case, please contact us and we can get your account the access that it needs.

Frustrating to get into kiwanisone. I asked Capital Dist webmaster to add a link to our site on the club listing. He said do it through kiwanisone. Tried to login with email and password-rejected. Re-registered and never got a response from kiwanisone. tried to reset password and it rejected my email address. Sent email to help and no response. Is anyone there?

George - There was an error in the spelling of your email address. I fixed it and just sent you an email back.

The intent of the club election report is to make it easier to let us know the results. If anyone runs into any trouble, we can be reached to answer any questions you may have.

This was a great idea and so helpful to Secretaries.  I had no trouble doing it and it only took a minute or two.  Keep helping us Secretaries in as many ways as you can.

This method of reporting is quite user friendly

Eric, you can indeed submit the information online.  Club Secretaries have access to the link in their Secretary navigation links on KiwanisOne.  Click 'Club Election/Change in Officers' to report the updates or to make changes at any time to your officers.

Same comments as George Strong; e-mail and password rejected; have been using on monthly reports; why problem?

Emil, I sent an email message to you regarding your login problem. I'm resetting your password, so instructions for logging in on KiwanisOne are in the message I sent along with that new password.  If you have difficulty getting back into the system, please call Member Services at 1-800-KIWANIS for assistance and we can look a little deeper.  Hopefully, this will do the trick.
