CKI welcomes a new district: the District of Andean and Central America

Even though they officially became a district with a board vote on July 6, the District of Andean and Central America were welcomed as a district on Saturday, August 14, during the Kiwanis and CKI district conventions in Villavicencio, Colombia. DACA elected Fernando Arbelaez as governor-elect. Fernando will take office on April 1, 2011.
