Events

1. The event detail page has been updated to display vacant volunteer positions in red to make them stand out more.
2. When emailing people who signed up for an event then email will also go to guest volunteers for whom email addresses have been entered.

Role Assignment

1. The Assign Roles page has been updated to make it easier to see who is set up with what roles as well as easier assignment of the roles.

Club Excellence Tool

1. The online Club Excellence Tool is now available. The administration takes place by the club secretary and it is located in the Secretary menu. This is available to clubs subscribing to the club management program and those that are not.

File Manager

1. Check out the new File Manager in the Communications menu. It allows you to store all your club files so they can be accessed by members.

New Website Templates

1. There are three new website templates available to subscribers (example at www.clubdemo.org). To see them log in and go to the public website administration area and click on the 'Select Public Template' link.  This makes a total of five templates available to the clubs.

New Feature - Online Club Polling

1. PollingPlace is the new Club Management system subscriber’s online election tool. The secretary or site administrator with Super-Admin access can create and manage custom ballots to be used by club members. Set up your club’s first ballot by going to the admin component in the Secretary --> PollingPlace Admin menu. Instructions to create a ballot are found on each screen of the tool and additional help information is available from a link on the PollingPlace Administration page.
   
   Club members will access the finalized ballot and submit their votes by going to the Members --> Online Elections menu. Instructions for club members are found on their PollingPlace landing page and within each ballot.

Member Directory

1. The printable/downloadable member directory has been made available to all members by going to Members --> Member Directory and clicking the link to the downoadable directory. Previously it was only available to administrators

1. Fixed bug with business name printing out for wrong members under certain conditions

Members Admin Overhaul - The Members Admin area has been changed the following ways.  All of thse changes have been made based upon club feedback and suggestions.

1. The add/edit page has been updated to give it a more logical layout.
2. Two new fields have been added.  The new fields are: Application Date and Date Sent to International.
3. The Bio field was enlarged for easier entry.
4. The address edit area had the Line 1 and Line 2 fields removed as they were unnecessary and causing some confusion.

There have been several changes over the last few months, so I will highlight the bigger ones here. In the future all changes will be listed as they occur.

1. New Public Website Template - You now have two choices of designs for your club's public website. To see the choices, or to change it, go to Administration --> Public Website Content and click on the 'Select Public template' link
2. Member Labels - On the Members Admin page is a new link to generate mailing labels of the preferred addresses for your members.
3. New Printable Directory - We have added more choices to the printable member directory and reformatted it a bit. Go to members Admin and click the link for the new directory.
4. Excel Output of Members - With the new printable member directory we have added an option to also download all your member data into an Excel spreadsheet.
5. Email Members - We added the capability to select from committees, event volunteers, or distribution lists when emailing members. We are working to get all of the email functionality in one place.
