Quiet Strength

Yesterday I had an opportunity to spend some time with Tony Dungy, coach of the Super Bowl Champion Indianapolis Colts. Tony is a man of character and integrity with a faith that has carried him through some difficult challenges and some great successes.  Coach Dungy's book "Quiet Strength" describes a man who has led men to the pinnacle of success in the athletic world, but his greatest accomplishments are not on the football field.  Tony is a man whose faith guides all of his decisions. My interview with Coach will be included in the December issue of the Kiwanis Magazine and I will be sharing some of Tony's thoughts on leadership.
