More Things I Know, That You May Not

Every month I send out a communication to some of the district leadership in which I always leave at least a little space for talking about things I know about, simply because I’m at headquarters, that they may find interesting.  I thought some of the Kiwanians in the blogosphere may also find some of this information interesting so I will occasionally be posting these nuggets our here in the leadership matters blog.

·    Our membership totals for Key Club have already beaten last years end of year numbers.

·    With the next several weeks, Aktion Club, Builders Club, K-Kids and Circle K will all have surpassed last year's membership numbers

·    The average visitor to KiwanisOne.org spends just over three minutes on the web site

·    For the first time in Kiwanis history, voting at International Convention will be entirely electronic

·    The number one searched for item on all Kiwanis web sites is, "logo"

·    Member retention is running at 88% this year, 1.5% ahead of the previous two years

·    Registration for the International Convention in Nashville is running ahead of last year's numbers in Orlando

·    The Michigan District still leads all North American Kiwanis districts in growth so far this year

·    New club openings to date are running ahead of last year by 27%
