CKI GATC's in town!

For those who aren't up on the Kiwanis lingo yet, CKI GATC stands for the Circle K International Governors and Administrators Training Conference, a weekend when the newest CKI governors and administrators meet in Indianapolis for training, fun and fellowship.

The energy in the building is palpable with this group of passionate young leaders! This weekend, they'll learn about servant leadership, talk about the upcoming International Convention in Birmingham, Alabama, and take part in a day of service to commemorate Kiwanis One Day.

It doesn't just take a weekend gathering of Kiwanis International staff, governors and administrators to pave the way for a successful year, though. It takes the cooperation of the entire Kiwanis family to keep not only CKI, but all of our Service Leadership Programs on track.

That's where you come in. As soon as you can, invite the youngest Kiwanis-family members to your next meeting or service project. Offer your expertise and help with planning a fundraiser for a Key Club, Builders Club or CKI club. Then you, too, can witness firsthand the excitement we are lucky enough to witness each year with CKI and Key Club GATC, Leadership Academy and all of our annual conventions!

Our SLP club members are excited, passionate and thrilled to be making positive changes. Their enthusiasm is contagious. Pass it on!
