Fixing your Google maps

As anyone with GPS or anyone who regularly uses Google maps for directions knows, they are not 100% accurate. Telling someone to come to your house is often met with addendums to what the maps will say. In my situation, the maps say take a right when you get off on the exit and then go up a few blocks and turn around. The only problem with this is that you can take a left from the exit and save yourself some trouble.

Google has added a great new feature to their maps. You can now “Report a problem”. This will allow you to zoom in on the area around you and mark any errors that you find. You can let Google know what you find and how they can best fix the problem. An extra bonus is that you can click on a box that will let you know when the problem has been fixed. I am waiting on my email so people can take that left and get to my house even quicker.
