Form: Membership Information

How do I submit Membership Information Forms on line.

Hi Jerry...You can log in to KiwanisOne where you go to do your monthly reports.  Then in the Secretary menu there is an item called "Member Management (KI)". Click on that to add/delete/edit members online.

Where is the tab "Member Management (KI)?   I can not find it on my Secretary Menu.

Sandra, I can't find the "Member Mangement" tab either and have been looking for over 45 minutes.  I've send a request for help - - waiting- - -   Ready to print and mail as I've done successfully in the past.  So much for making things easier.

Found the tab.  It is in the drop down menu beside the word Secretary on the dashboard.  However, I entered one member, it did not take and received message must process manually.   Also displayed message an invoice was printed, but none printed.  I understand this is still a BETA site.  I am mailing my applications as I have done in the past.

It's on the Secretary Dashboard page.  "click" on the secretary tab and it's the second option "Member Management"

Why, when we are always asked to bring in new members , is it so very diffiuclt to find a new membership form....this is ridiculousl

Michele...The new member form is right above these comments.  I'm not sure what you mean by it being difficult.  Please elaborate so we can help.

On the left side of the page, when I click on the Secretary tab, my drop down choices are:

Update my information

I do not see a choice of  Member Management.  Scott S.  I do know where the form is and can download it, however, I am trying to just do it all on-line and not print a form to mail.

I had the same drop down choices as Charlene Wilson. Wasted over 30 min going back and forth trying to find the "member management" tab, even tried a different computer. Help!!!!

Robert & Charlene...Could you email your club name and what you posted above to kiwanisone@kiwanis.org so one of the support reps can help you.  We know what the problem is and it is a quick fix.  Thanks.

I feel pretty stupid but I am not finding the Kiwanis address to send new member forms. I know I found it before but I am hoping someone can get me there faster than I am going now!

I am the secretary from Vernon Kiwanis Club, and I do not have this drop down in my secretary dashboard.

Once you find the drop down menu (not easily identified) this is very easy to complete and submit.l

How do I transfer a current member to another club?

We need the club Secretary of the club that the member is transferring into to send in the member information form  for that member. The club Secretary that the member is transferring out of should send in the same form deleting the member from their club.

Or, either club secretary can use the online Member Management tool.  The 'transferring out' secretary can search for the member's name, then delete the person from their roster using the DELETE function. The 'transferring in' secretary can use the ADD NEW MEMBER function. Note that when adding a transferring member you won't be able to print off an invoice for the dues and that Member Services will complete the process from our end. You won't see that new member on your roster until they've completed the process. Our Finance Department will also mail you an invoice for the dues.

I agree with all the above complaints about this Club Election report.  It has taken me 45 minutes and I still can't find the right place to enter it.  I think I've clicked everything.

Vera, you can report your new club officers online - but you do need to log in (as club secretary) to find the link.  Click the Club Management tab, then go to your Secretary tools in the blue navigation links on the right of your screen.  Click 'Club Election/Change in Officers' and follow the prompts to report your officers or change them at any time.

I am trying to locate my membership number as I became a member back in the mid to late 70's. I was previouly a member of the Agawam/West springfield, Ma club.

If the Bylaws indicate that the new member must be submitted and sponsored by two members - why is there only room for one member information on the application?
