The Membership Information Form is for submitting new members, deleting members, or changing member information with Kiwanis International. In this version, fields are fillable and printable once filled in, but cannot be saved with data. Note: This can now be done online.
We strongly encouraging clubs to comeplete the online version instead to save time and result in quicker database changes and faster member orientation into Kiwanis.
The option to add or delete members is now available online through the club management area.
The member management tab appears on the left side of the page under the word secretary. Once you click on secretary the menu will expand and the second choice is member management.
If a new member is entered but you receive an error message stating that the application will be added manually it means that something alerted the system that this was probably not a regular new member addition.
The data is still collected and our member services department will enter the information for that new member. You will still receive an invoice.
There is not a requirement for new members to be added this way. We meant for this to be an easier option for clubs and less paperwork for everyone involved.

I have been trying to send a transfer via email with attachment and it doesn't go through. What am I doing wrong.?
I agree withh Chris you can not add new members or update other information on here and I need to have it done by October first. If I remember right we talked about the problems with this sight at the convention in Las Vegas.
When you say it isn't going through, do you mean it is coming back to your inbox saying undelivered? or are you saying that after sending the email the member transfer has yet to take affect?
If you are the secretary you can log in and make edits to members, as well as add or delete new ones. What Chris was saying is that sometimes when adding a new member or deleting a current one, a snag in the process can occur. When this happens you will see an error message stating that the add or delete will be handled manually by Member Services.
This can happen for a number of reasons. An example would be if you are trying to delete someone who is a member of your club, and also another club. You will get an error message when you try to delete that member, because deleting them online would actually delete them from both clubs.
The error message stops this from happening, and then sends an email to Member Services automatically and they process it on their end manually for you. It does generally take a few days,and during this time of year it can take a bit longer.
I have been trying sice October 5, 2011 to enter 5 new members with no success . My monthly report also will not go through. Please advise me as to how I can get the info on the monthly report to stay saved after I enter it. Your system doesn't seem to be compatible with my computer. Also how do I send a copy of my monthly report to the district office or does international automatically do this now?

I'm a newly installed Secretary for the South Baton Rouge Kiwanis. I have been trying to complete an electronic request for 2 new members. However, my attempts have been unsuccessful. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I keep receiving a error message. And I have tried several times within the past 6 weeks.
I would like to recieve information on an honorary membership
This membership form is no longer valid. it does not conform to the new informational database recently implemented by KI. There is no place to include information on a new member's spouse or anniversary date, etc. It needs to be updated to reflect the additional info requested by KI so all pertinent information can be added to the db at one time.
