The Membership Information Form is for submitting new members, deleting members, or changing member information with Kiwanis International. In this version, fields are fillable and printable once filled in, but cannot be saved with data.
Looking for one universal form, are we going back to this old format?
The current form is now fillable, it can be saved to your computer with current version of Acrobat Reader 8.0 or higher (available as a free download on the Adobe Web site if needed), and e-mailed, faxed or postal mailed to the International office.
This form can be used for many things. It can be used to add, delete or transfer mambers. You can also update member information with this same form.
It was easy to find this from the "forms and downloads" link. However I don't understand why there are two different forms, "Membership Information" and "New Member Application", which both seem to do the same thing. Personally I prefer the form at this link.
In these days and times of electronics, we should not have to snail-mail any forms! I have numerous member e-mails, etc, to update for my club, and it sure would be nice to sit at my computer and update right off of the member list. Do I have the option of e-mailing any changes?

Seems that all the bugs are worked out and this is a great tool for us out here at the Club level.
