App: New Member

To edit a member with an incorrectly spelled name, please send the correction via email to memberservices@kiwanis.org - the Member Management tool is not designed to allow users to change names as a security precaution to avoid unnecessary reuse or duplication of records.

We have a member who was on leave for six months.  I was told to delete him from membership then add him again after he returns.  I don't want to add him as a new member, he is a returning member.  This is Paul Martin at 10736 S Corunna Rd, Chesaning, MI 48616.  Member ID 334235

I am not a Secretary-- not sure who told you to delete, or why --but there was an area for 'leave of absence' in the secretary report files to cover these situations when attendance #'s at meetings had a greater emphasis -- if you have deleted the member there should be a method 'to reinstate' him within the add fields but a call to membership services would answer your question quickly/accurately

The returning member would not be added as a new member. You would select "former" member when using either the online form or the Membership Information Form (paper copy). Please provide the ID number when submitting.

I never thought I would type something like this, but I enjoy the kianis club but I hate trying to access items needed.  have tried 3 times to add a new member to our club and have gotten the royal run around. not fun!

I have a returning member, Gregory Bakker, ID#2659940 in our club #K00503.  He has a rejoined date of Oct. 1, 2011.Please help me add him to our roster.

I added a new member but cannot figure out how to get the invoice. The instructions didn't work

I want to print a copy of our club roster.  I tried clicking on "view full roster" & I can look at it but not print it.  When I tried to print it it was like there was another sheet under it that bled through.

Please update the member application form, so that it captures all of the information needed to complete the new member add online form. ie. educational institution
