EPS format oval Kiwanis logo for graphic design users or print vendors. Download this file to your desktop or a folder on your local drive by choosing “save” in the download pop-up window. (You should only choose “open” if you have high-end graphics software installed on your computer.) The saved logo can then be opened/placed/inserted within the appropriate software program or provided to a print vendor. EPS file formats are best used in Photoshop, Fireworks, Illustrator, and other graphic design software. They will display in Microsoft Word and Publisher. EPS file formats are not compatible with Paint or Acrobat Reader. An alternative file format would be .jpg labeled for print use.

This is perfect if you need to not have a white background, as this is a vector file. Includes the tag line below the logo.

I'm trying to use this eps file in CorelDraw and it's not working. Any suggestions? You say it will display in MSWord. I'm not finding that to be true. Please help if you can.

Bryan, try downloading the logo to your computer first. Then open it in CorelDraw. I just did the same thing in Word - I used the Insert Picture option to pull the logo into the Word document. That worked nicely for me.

mneuringer@aol.com can you tell me exactly the steps you followed? I just downloaded the above logo to my hard drive and confirm that it is indeed an eps formatted file.

This is still only 72dpi at a 1x2 inch size...can you not have a 300 dpi file available for such a large organization to use?

It should be readily user friendly and open in Corel or Photoshop

Just sayin that the eps worked great for me. Opened it up in Photoshop and scaled it to 20"x20" at 1200 with no problems. Thanks.

some computers see an eps/illustrator file and mistake it as a PDF. If you have a program like Illustrator or Corel, you should probably be able to open it. However, if you don't have one of those programs, you won't be able to open it, but hopefully should be able to place it as an imported graphic. But if that's the case, a JPEG or GIF might be better for you
