Wow, it is great to have standards as guidance. Because we are all printing these from the website, please keep in mind our need to save paper (and the environment)--I would suggest back page info be included on bottom of p.1 cover. People don't often get to the back page and want to have contact info in first 5 seconds of reading!
Also, PLEASE use fonts that are easily legible for older readers. Lots of blank space with tiny print is NOT user friendly (though it seems to be trendy these days).
