Informational sheet completed within 24 hours of a new club's organizational meeting and submitted to Kiwanis International.
I am trying to submit the New Club Info form via the online address www.kiwanis.org/.../ncbinfosheet.asp but I continually receive page not found.
I want to register a new club but it seems our online documentation portal is not up to date.
