Amy, There is not a form to honor club members. You just need to order the items you need from the Kiwanis Store. You can order it online by visiting: http://store.kiwanis.org/.

GOOD GRIEF --IS THERE A FEE FOR EVERYTHING??? MEMBERS OF 50 YEARS OR MORE SHOULD BE HONORED THAN PENALIZED FOR THEIR SERVICE.

The fee is cheap. The Club should absorb the cost in honor of their member. You wouldn't ask the member to pay to be honored, would you? I am just glad that KI has this program so you can honor long-standing members.

I have downloaded the "How To: Legion of Honor" and it says step 1 is to submit the name and number of years as a member and highest position held but it does not say to whom this information is to be submitted.

It looks like the pins need to be ordered from the KI store as a separate action.

Is there an address where I need to send this info?
