I need information on inducting an Honorary member

It would be nice i I could open this stuff on my computer.  I don't seem to have diiculty with other sites, but most items won't open, it seems--Distinguished member foms and info, distinguished club, et al. The "Comments" bit opens gratuitiously.

What is an honorary member?  Are there dues?
