Hi Larry...Click the 'Download' link that is to the right of the file name. We are in the process of making it more obvious.

You can also ordre the booklet "Club Excellance Tool" From Kiwanis International.  As a Lt Gov. I went and graded several Clubs on their streanghts and weeknesses then went back and had the members rate their membership experience in a seperate book.  I did state that there are no cvorrect or wrong answers so be honest on how you feel about your own Club.  Almost to the number they chose the same strengths and weaknesses that I had so this tool does work..

I had understood the the club evaluation would be available to fill out on line.  I have not found this, so I order the paper copies to do our club evaluation.  Ralph Ernst  Springfield, MO Downtonw  Pres.

How do I get the spreadsheet and analysis summary sheet to report my results once the assessment is completed by the club members.

A club secretary is able to look at the results in the club management area.

After giving the special ID code to my members I went back to see results and a window came up saying the ID code was invalid or out of date.  How do I, as club secretary, secure the results?  That window came back in the "Club Management" area....

Dave - When you are logged into the club management area, you will see an option that says Club Excellence Tool admin.

  1.  Click the survey title you wish to view.

  2. The Administrator Report will show overall club reports and averages per section by default.

  3. There are other view options at the top of the report; click to select and change the data view.

  4. There is a drop-down menu to select additional surveys scheduled for your club (past or present).

Kiwanis Club of South Lake Charles

Why is the most downloaded item the last one in the file. OK, they are sequenced by subject material. So, put it in twice. Why should everybody have to scroll the entire list? Oh, because the same reason grocery stores put the meat department in the back of the store. You have to see everything in the store before you get there.

The system we use for our file library displays files in the order of most recently added. Simply click "Most Downloads" from the horizontal menu just above the entire file list and the list reorders itself to show most popular (downloaded) files. I believe that is the easiest way to show what you're looking for most of the time. Give it a try!
