I went and graded several Clubs on their streanghts and weeknesses then went back and had the members rate their membership experience in a seperate book. I did state that there are no cvorrect or wrong answers so be honest on how you feel about your own Club. Almost to the number they chose the same strengths and weaknesses that I had so this tool does work..
