The club election form is for reporting the incoming officers for the 2011-12 year.
I clicked on the green download link and the actual title of the form and I still cannot open it. Our officers have changed and I need to report the names of the new officers. What do I do now?

The club election form would not be the correct form to use if you are reporting changes in the current officers, you may email it to, memberservices@kiwanis.org or update the officers through the Kiwanis One-Club Management system.
