You will be able to submit the forms online via the club reporting area starting on April 1st. The downloadable form will be available around the same time.
You need to update the date on this page - it all refers to last year - except for the form - whihc makes it difficult to find for poeple.
Also - what notification has gone out to clubs and districts that it is available?
As District Secretary I have received nothing - even for Lt Governors. I made up my own forms to enable the information to be obtained.
Rex - The reason the dates reflect last year, is because we just update the file linked to so people who have bookmarked the page or linked to it in other places will still find their way to the proper page.
The club election report is being done via the club management site by the majority of clubs. When you go to log in, there is a note telling you that the election report can now be submitted online.
All of the clubs currently filling out the monthly reports did not receive any paper copy informing them that the club election report was available.
If you are not doing the reports online, you will be getting the election report in the mail shortly.
Could this form be updated to 2009-2010 as soon as possible
Anne - This actually is the 09-10 report. We have it listed in two places and the name on this one was not updated to reflect the new version. I apologize for the confusion.
