User’s guide with basic information and tips for using the free Kiwanis Web site template for creating club Web sites. Perfect for those do-it-yourself Webmasters with at least intermediate skill levels in Web site building, HTML and implementation.
Why doesn't Kiwanis simply put a template and put it on the Google sites manager that we can use. That would make our lives simpler. The Circle K club has a template on Google sites.
Thanks, Rscano, for the suggestion of additional DIY templates. There are hundreds of directions Kiwanis could go with more DIY options and templates. At this time, we plan to focus our resources on the current features available so that we can support them properly. The do-it-yourself template is just that, and therefore, has limited support. However, anyone with a little Web design know-how can utilize the graphic standards manual and available graphics to create a template to use and share with other clubs. I suspect that is what a Circle K club did as we have no record of creating a template for them. Everything you need to create a template is likely at KiwanisOne.org/logos.
